I'm so impressed with the new products from Vesta!! They all got so much better in design, quality, and even packaging!! This bench is definitely one of the best benches on the market, breathable seat cover, and detailed knurled handle. It also can be easily stored.

I was skeptical as I have not heard of this company before but the pictures were great and the price was right at $319 so I purchased. Just got it today and it is as good as any REP bench 4000 series or above. Very solid with a good knurled handle to wheel around easily. Very happy.

Highly recommended!

Bought this bench back in April 2023 and I have not had any problems with it. The padding is very comfortable, I really like how the pad itself is not supper wide so I have a better ROM(Range of Motion). I also like the compact feature, when im done using it I can just store it standing up.

Solid Bench very worth it

I recently got this bench and honestly think it’s perfect if you are short on space. I personally have it in my 1 car garage and can store it in a corner with its standing feature but also can park my car inside.

Best bench!

First time ordering from Vesta, we're way surprised with their quality. This bench is definitely at the same level as Rogue, better than the Rep one at our friend's house. We got the clear coat and we LOVE IT!!!

Pretty good!

Best value you will get from an adjustable bench that hold 1k lbs. There were some flaws, discoloration from what looks like heat. Attention to details items, like warning sticker placement, nuts and bolts were not tightened. The biggest thing that caught my eye was the back bracket were the of the arm. it had a v cut out, ask a wielder why that was there, he didn't know. He was more considered about the wields, if you have to grind the wields you probably didn't didn't go deep enough. He did take a look at the wields and did say it was passable. For the price I paid, I could not complain. It was a pain to get it in the basement since it was 98% assembled.

Received with damage

The company keeps denying my review saying I’m not a customer. The bench I received has a cut in the pad. The footplate cover is damaged. Company hasn’t sent replacement.

Amazing bench at an amazing price!

The quality of this bench is amazing. The price sealed the deal. I have a feeling that some other brands aren't happy that Vesta is putting out quality gear like this at such a low price. I'm super impressed and have no regrets. Only bad thing i have to say is customer service is a bit lacking. Tried contacting them on 2 seperate occasions and got no reply. That said, they did hold up their end of the deal and I got the bench with zero issues. This bench is the best bench on the market for the money.

Top-tier bench at a mid-tier price

I bought this a few months ago to replace both a Life Fitness adjustable bench and a REP flat bench, and although I liked both of them quite a bit, I couldn't be happier with my purchase. This bench is rock solid in every seat and back position; much better than my old adjustable bench and probably 99.5% as good as the flat bench. I've also used a REP 4100 and 5200 2.0 and this is more stable than either of them. Even horizontal loads during hip thrusts and hanging leg curls don't cause any rocking or shifting. The weight (115lbs) seems to be in the sweet spot of easy enough to move around but heavy enough not to move and the rubber feet have quite a bit of grip. Shipping was free and although the box had been beaten up, the bench was safe inside. It shipped almost fully assembled, so the only thing I had to do was secure two bolts to attach the rear cross bar. The welds and red powder coat look great and the knurled carry handle and laser cut degree markings are very nice features. At the full retail price this is a good value, easily matching the performance of more expensive benches. At the Black Friday price that I paid and with free shipping, nothing on the market comes close to the price to performance ratio of the AB-3000.

Most underrated Bench!!!

Saw reviews on the Vesta AB3000 bench for awhile and never pulled the trigger until I saw one at my friend's gym. This thing is over 115lb, built with a thick pad, better than the Rep one for sure that one wobbles. This thing isn't wobbling at all. I started to like more Vesta stuff!!!

Really not happy.

Worst customer service period! I ordered the vesta ab-3000 bench back on February 6. About a week or two later I received the bench, great! Except for the box came sort of damaged and the frame that supports the knurled handle was bent which would make the handle wiggle in and out of its place. I contacted Vesta about this because I was well within my warranty to get it fixed and/or replaced. I spoke with Alex and he agreed - he told me it was going to take a few months to receive a replacement part because of the new tariffs and they didn’t have it in stock but needed to special order it from the manufacturer. I received no update for a couple of months and in May. I finally got an update because I kept hounding them. I was told I’d receive it in June. Then June came, and I didn’t receive anything. I tried calling and texting the customer service number that they have and received no response until towards the last week of June. I ended up speaking with a girl named Cassandra and she told me basically I could not get a replacement part even though I was well within my warranty, instead she tried to offer me a discount code. She was very unhelpful and unknowledgeable so I asked to speak to a manager, which was Chelsea. Chelsea then acknowledged my dilemma because at this point it had already been about five months since I reached out about getting my replacement part. Chelsea told me that she would order this specifically for me and it’ll be in by July. She also gave me her direct line. Now that we’re in the middle of July, about two weeks ago I contacted Chelsea to get an update. I received no response. I kept calling and texting and I finally got an answer. She wasn’t working and told me she’d follow up with me in a couple days. I waited and no update. I called and texted again and I finally got a response. Chelsea told me she was in the hospital waiting to get discharged. I was confused so I asked if it was Chelsea that I was talking to and she confirmed it was. I just wanted an update on my bench part. She told me to call Vesta’s customer service number. She then sent me very strange pictures of her in the ER with IVs hooked up to her arm. That was the weirdest and strangest thing I’ve ever faced dealing with customer service. I immediately called Vesta and Cassandra answered the line. I explained to her what just happened with Chelsea and I don’t even think she could understand all that. I asked to speak to another manager, and she said that he was busy doing other important things. I told her that this was the worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with with a company. She went ahead and told me that she would take apart a bench that they had in stock and send me the replacement part that way. I finally receive my replacement part and I have to say it is worse than the part I already had. The neural handle spins profusely, which to me seems like a hazard when trying to lift it vertically because it could snap my wrist. It’s missing welds in areas that needed so I don’t trust that it could support as much weight as it says it can. I have all the text messages, pictures and pictures of my own that prove this is the worst customer service ever I will not be purchasing anything from Vesta from here on forward. I wanted to like the bench, I mean it’s a good bench very solid it was that small detail on the handle that I wanted fixed and it took nearly 6 months for that to happen. And after all that the replacement was worse. The handle on that one spins. Cassandra told me that’s how it comes and it’s supposed to spin but I’ve never heard or seen a commercial style bench do this with their handles.

Solid Bench

Very stable when doing bench, step ups, box squats etc. I was a little worried about the 100lb weight being difficult for my wife to move around but it balances nicely so she doesnt have a problem.

Very happy that I came across Vesta Fitness in forums while researching adjustable benches. It is definitely in the higher quality tier of workout equipment and has a very appealing presence in my home gym. The price is reasonable for this heavy duty piece of essential gym equipment. I will be looking at this brand for future purchases.
