Returns and Refunds Policy
If for any reason you find our product unsatisfactory, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt for a refund or credit towards another purchase. All returns require you to contact us (link to contact us page) first in order to get a return authorization.
There is a 30% restocking fee for items that are used and not in their original packaging. Any restocking or nonrefundable shipping fees will be discussed with you prior to Vesta Fitness authorizing the return.
Once your item is received, Vesta Fitness will inspect it and notify you that we have received the returned item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. You will receive the credit within 24-48 hours of that initiation process depending on your card issuer's policies.
Damaged or Incorrect Product Received
If you received the wrong item in your order, please contact us immediately so that Vesta Fitness can direct you on how to return any items to us and we can ship the proper items to you. If the packages you receive are damaged or opened when arrived, please indicate so on the BOL so we can make a claim to UPS to cover the loss. If you are receiving freight, ensure that you read the freight guidelines.
