Shipping and Pickup Information
Shipping Method
Ground orders under 150lbs ship via UPS or FedEx. Freight orders over 150lbs ships on a pallet via freight carrier and are delivered curbside.
Timing
Freight orders process in about 1 to 3 business days, then ship an additional 4 to 6 business days, with an additional 1 to 2 business days to deliver. You'll get tracking info by email once it ships. On average, ground orders will take 4 to 6 business days to deliver. These windows are estimates, since weather, location, and holidays can affect them.
Delivery Day
Freight deliveries over 150lbs are curbside, and the carrier will call to schedule a time. Smaller items are left at your door. Getting the item inside is your responsibility, as drivers don't carry items in or assemble them.
Inspect Before You Sign
Check for damage or quantity issues before signing. Note any damage on the Bill of Lading, since this protects your ability to file a claim.
Remote Locations
We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
