How to Adjust the VForce Pivot Arm
- Grip the Pivot Arm at the pulley housing and release the adjustment point.
- Move the arm vertically through any of the 6 height positions, from a low row line to a high pulldown line.
- Rotate the arm horizontally through any of the 9 positions to angle the cable toward or across your body.
- Lock the position and check the cable line before loading the pin, since a small angle change can shift which muscles carry the load.
- Pair with the VForce Knob to set your pulley ratio once your angle is dialed in.
Because both arms adjust independently, you can set two different angles on the same machine at once, one high and pulled wide for a lat exercise, the other low and narrow for a row, without touching the first setting.
