Designed to work with Olympic two-inch plates and compatible with pin-loaded machines whose plate holes are 11mm x 140 mm (0.43" x 5.51"), Vesta's Weight Extender Pin ensures effortless expansion of your training selection.  

To remove the weight extender pins, first make sure no weight plates are on the pins, then screw them off of each other.  Once fully un-screwed from each other, then they can slide out from the weight stack.
