This space-saving solution transforms this rack into a full-body training station. With a long, high-density foam seat, once it is attached to the rack, it can be positioned close upright to be used for:
- Seated exercises related to pull-down cables
Or, the bench can be positioned further from the upright to be used for:
- Russian twist (holding plate or ball)
- Standing exercises like incline mountain climber, or hop over
- Laying down exercises like hip thrust
