The Vesta Step-Up Plate mounts directly to your rack or rig with a 1” hole and width of 3”x 3”. This makes it much easier to reach the pull-up bar, dip bar, and adjusting the pulleys on your functional trainer. It’s great to use for your single-leg step-ups!
