Compatible with all 3”x 3” racks featuring a 1” hole. It’s the ultimate addition to enhance your training!

• One (1) Pin to secure seat to rack
• Six (6) Foam Pads (Two to keep thighs secured during each lat pulldown exercise and Four to for leg extensions)
