Shipping Method

Ground orders under 150lbs ship via UPS or FedEx. Freight orders over 150lbs ships on a pallet via freight carrier and are delivered curbside.

Timing

Freight orders process in about 1 to 3 business days, then ship an additional 4 to 6 business days, with an additional 1 to 2 business days to deliver. You'll get tracking info by email once it ships. On average, ground orders will take 4 to 6 business days to deliver. These windows are estimates, since weather, location, and holidays can affect them.

Delivery Day

Freight deliveries over 150lbs are curbside, and the carrier will call to schedule a time. Smaller items are left at your door. Getting the item inside is your responsibility, as drivers don't carry items in or assemble them.

Inspect Before You Sign

Check for damage or quantity issues before signing. Note any damage on the Bill of Lading, since this protects your ability to file a claim.

We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
• All returns require prior authorization and a Return Merchandise Authorization before being shipped back.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.
• Items should be complete and include all hardware, accessories, manuals, and packaging materials.
• Products must not show excessive wear, abuse, or damage beyond normal inspection.

Returns received without an approved RMA may be refused.

Restocking Fee

Unless the return is the result of error (wrong item shipped, defective product, or shipping damage), approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. The restocking fee helps cover inspection, repackaging, inventory processing, and product handling.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to: Shipping damage/Manufacturing defect/Incorrect item shipped.

Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable. For freight shipments, actual carrier charges may exceed the original shipping amount paid at checkout.

Damaged or Defective Products

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or with missing parts, contact us as soon as possible with:

• Order Number
• Photos of the packaging
• Photos of the damaged product

Our support team will work with you to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Refund Processing

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected by our team. If approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing typically takes 3–5 business days after inspection.

Your financial institution may require additional time before the refund appears in your account.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has shipped, it is considered a return and will follow the standard return policy. If an order is refused upon delivery, return shipping charges, carrier fees, and applicable restocking fees may apply.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and covers manufacturing defects under normal usage. Warranty coverage begins on the original date of purchase.

Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers defects resulting from:

• Manufacturing defects
• Material defects
• Structural failure during normal intended use
• Defects in workmanship

If a warranty claim is approved, Vesta Fitness will repair or replace the defective part at our discretion. Replacement parts may be new or refurbished with equivalent performance.

Once the replacement parts are ready, it may take 4-6 business days to deliver. This window is an estimate, since weather, location, and holidays can affect transit.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic damage
• Improper assembly
• Misuse, abuse, or neglect
• Unauthorized modifications
• Improper storage or outdoor exposure
• Rust caused by environmental conditions
• Damage occurring during customer handling

Labor, installation, and freight charges may not be covered unless otherwise specified.

All products include a standard residential-use warranty. Warranty coverage is void if equipment is used in commercial or high-use environments.

Commercial use includes any non-residential or shared setting, whether or not fees are charged, such as fitness facilities, hotels, fire departments, training studios, or apartment communities.
