With 6 different adjustment positions and a comfortable seat design, this adjustable bench is intended for just about any workout. Adjustments are available from 0-85 degrees, allowing for different types of workouts with and without dumbbells, barbell bars and more.
It features rubber caps over the legs, which makes it not only easier to move but safer to do without scratching the floors.
